Bio

David Byrne graduated Magna cum Laude from the University of Detroit Mercy with a degree in History and Social Studies with a minor in Education while being a Presidential Ambassador for the university. He was a member of the UDM Titan Golf team and was the Horizon League Player of the Year in 2010, 4 year All-Conference, and an Academic All-American in 2009-2010!

In 2012, David had the opportunity to play on the PGA Tour in the Zurich Classic due to accomplishment of winning The Golf Channel's Big Break Indian Wells. He was also a member of PGATOUR Canada from 2011-2015 and 2020-2021.

In 2007, David was ranked the #1 amateur golfer in Ontario after his Ontario Match Play victory and Ontario Amateur runner-up finishes. He is also the only person to win the Ontario Match Play 3 years in a row in 2007, 2008, & 2009.
