Men's Volleyball Lose Tight Match to Fanshawe

(LONDON, ON) The St. Clair College men's volleyball team continued their OCAA schedule when they travelled to London on Saturday afternoon to take on Fanshawe College. It was tight game and tough loss as the Saints fell to the Falcons 3-2. Set scores for Fanshawe were 25-20, 20-25, 25-21, 22-25 and 15-10.
Kale Wilkinson (Windsor; Riverside) led the way offensively for the Saints with 14 kills, 2 service aces, 2 stuff blocks and 6 digs. Middle Zach Walls (Amherstburg; Villanova) also had a solid game with 9 kills, 2 service aces, 3 stuff blocks and 6 digs.
The Saints dropped to 2-3 on the season while Fanshawe improved to 4-2 in a very tight West Division. The Saints are currently ranked 9th in Ontario while the Falcons are 5th.
