Men's Volleyball Sign Chatham Recruit

(Windsor, ON) The St. Clair College Department of Athletics and men's volleyball program is pleased to announce the signing of Zach Hoogstad for the 2025-26 season.

Hoogstad is a 6'2 setter and multi-sport athlete who hails from Chatham where he is on track to graduate from Chatham Christian High School this spring where he won SWOSSAA the last 3 seasons.  Zach plays club volleyball for the Chatham Ballhawks. Hoogstad will be taking the Fitness and Health Promotion program.

Zach is excited to become a Saint. "I chose St. Clair not just because of the great volleyball program but also because of the academic programs they have available. I am also looking forward to being close to home for the rest of my competitive volleyball career and playing in the best facility in Ontario."

Head Coach Shawn Reaume is pleased to add Hoogstad to his roster.  "Zach is a key player and leader on both his school and club teams and will be bringing this important experience to our program. He will be present and learning in the short term as we graduate many key players in the coming year which will help set him up to take a leading role in the long term. We are thrilled to have Zach join our program and look forward to see what he can do."
