Women's Soccer Take Down Fanshawe

The St. Clair College women's soccer team continued their OCAA regular season on Wednesday night with a convincing 6-1 win over the Fanshawe Falcons (London) at Acumen Stadium.

The Saints got off to a great starting scoring three quick goals in the first 30 minutes and never looked back from there.

Jessica Doll (LaSalle; Villanova) and Annah Zacerkowny (LaSalle; Sandwich) both had 2 goals each with singles going to Alexa Mognon (LaSalle; Assumption) and Briana Kinsley-Clough (Georgetown; Christ the King).  Mognon also chipped in with 3 assists.

Keeper Scotlyn Fick (Belle River, Belle River) was solid in goal earning the win making 9 saves.

St. Clair is next in action on Friday, October 13th when they host the Lambton Lions at 4 pm at Acumen Stadium in their final regular season game. The Saints have clinched a home playoff game on Wednesday October 18 but could still finish anywhere from first to third
