(SUDBURY, ON) The St. Clair women's volleyball team was in Sudbury this past weekend to open up their OCAA regular season schedule and came home with 2 convincing wins.
On Saturday afternoon, the Saints took on the College Boreal Viperes and came away with a solid 3-0 win. Set scores for St. Clair were 25-12, 25-18 and 25-20.
Second year middle Faith Kailer (Tecumseh; St. Anne's) led the way for the Saints with 7 kills, 1 service ace, and 1 stuff block.
On Sunday afternoon, St. Clair was at Cambrian College and took down the Golden Shield 3-0. Set scores for the Saints were 25-13, 25-21 and 25-23.
Geneva Huisman (Amherstburg; Marantha) had a big game for the Saints with 11 kills, 2 service aces and 2 digs.

The Saints are next in action on Saturday when the open their home schedule against the Fanshawe Falcons at 3 pm. The St. Clair women are currently ranked 2nd in Ontario.
