Women's Volleyball Continue to Roll

(LONDON, ON) The St. Clair College women's volleyball team continued their OCAA schedule when they travelled to London on Saturday afternoon to take on Fanshawe College. It was a successful trip as the Saints defeated the Falcons 3-1. Set scores for St. Clair were 25-21, 25-21, 20-25 and 25-17.
Second year outside hitter Brianne Hobbin (Guelph, Centennial CVI) led the way offensively for the Saints with 17 kills, 4 service aces, 1 stuff block and 6 digs. Third year outside hitter Haleigh Kearns (Prince George, BC; DP Todd) also had a solid game with 11 kills, 4 service aces, 1 stuff block and 8 digs.
The Saints improved to 5-0 on the season while Fanshawe dropped to 1-5. The Saints are currently ranked 2nd in Ontario and 11TH in Canada.
