Women's Volleyball Still Unbeaten

(Kitchener, ON) The St. Clair College women's volleyball team continued their OCAA schedule on Wednesday night as they travelled up the 401 to take on the Conestoga Condors. It was a successful trip as the Saints defeated the Condors 3-1. Set scores for St. Clair were 25-17, 25-15, 23-25 and 25-16.

Third year middle Geneva Huisman (Amherstburg; Maranatha Christian Academy) had a huge match for the Saints with 19 kills, 1 service ace, 4 stuff blocks and 2 digs. Third year outside hitter Haleigh Kearns (Prince George, BC; DP Todd) also had a solid game as well with 11 kills, 2 stuff blocks and 7 digs,

The Saints improved to 6-0 on the season while Conestoga dropped to 0-7. The Saints are currently ranked 2^nd in Ontario and 11^TH in Canada.

St. Clair is next in action at home on Sunday, November 17 when they host the Niagara College Knights at 3 pm at the Sportsplex.
