Women's Volleyball Lose Battle For First Place

(Windsor, ON)- The St. Clair women's volleyball team continued their OCAA regular season schedule on Saturday afternoon at the Sportsplex in a battle of two undefeated teams.  Unfortunately the Saints came out on the losing end falling 3-0 to the top ranked Humber Hawks (Etobicoke).

Set scores for Humber were 25-22, 25-17, and 25-19.

Haleigh Kearns (Prince George, BC / DP Todd Secondary) led the way for the Saints with 12 kills, 1 service ace and 4 digs.

With the loss St. Clair dropped to 9-1 on the season while Humber improved to 11-0. The Saints are ranked 2^nd in Ontario and 11^th in Canada while Humber is ranked in 1st in Ontario and 4^th in Canada.

The Saints are next in action on Sunday, December 1^st when they host the Sheridan Bruins at 1 pm at the Sportsplex to wrap up their first semester schedule.
