(WINDSOR, ON) The St. Clair College men's volleyball team opened their OCAA home schedule on Saturday afternoon by defeating the Fanshawe Falcons 3-0. Set scores for St. Clair were 25-15, 26-24, and 25-21.
Outsider hitter Kale Wilkinson (Windsor; Riverside) led the way offensively for the Saints with 14 kills, 3 service aces and 1 stuff block. Middle Zach Walls (Amherstburg; Villanova) also had a big game with 8 kills, 3 service aces and 1 stuff block. Setter Nick Kwiatkowski (Essex; Essex District) had a great match as well dishing out 33 assists and adding 1 kill, 2 service aces, 1 stuff block and 2 digs.
The Saints improved to 2-1 on the season while Fanshawe dropped to 2-1. The Saints are ranked 9th in Ontario while the Falcons are ranked 2nd.
